Sandeep had not registered and we didn't allow him to enter. But quite a few folks wanted to hear on what they would invest in. So we allowed him in if he spoke (speakers get preference as per the rules on wiki). All slots were taken by that time (9.30 AM) and we still had an hour to go before the start.
